SPACE has found its primary home in Berlin’s Monohaus with furnished apartments fully appointed with quality essentials to appeal to the most discerning of members. Operating on both ownership and rental terms, SPACE is an asset within the city’s dynamic, flourishing housing market and investor-friendly, demand-driven short term rental structure.

We make the most of compact spaces through minimal design. Design does not have to be expensive. By implementing standardized interiors designed by established partner companies, creating comfort through natural, fairly-priced, local building materials, and making use of natural light rather than lighting accessories, exceptional environments can be created at the same prices as – or even lower prices than – standard living units.

18 m2 unit: bathroom with shower, bed, desk, chair, storage, small refrigerator. Use of a communal kitchen and washing machines is included.
PLUS
36 m2 unit: bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, bed, desk, chair, storage, fully-equiped kitchen.
